So while I find the first few chapters just scintillating, I'm going to skip to the good stuff.

I don't know about you, but when I hear "incentive package" I think of a free month of insurance if I switch companies or a "buy 3 & get the 4th pair half off" if I join a fave shoe of the month club. I DO NOT think about genital clamps and fisting.
